Yes it is there- contrast or tint needs adjusted. I'm sure that The Boss will take care of it. I have my Avatar where my user pictures go. There is no selection for a custom AV. Maybe it is based on post count or John hasn't gotten that far. Not a big deal. This is what I see:

Background color fixed and yes the rest is post count based until i have all usergroup badges ready!
